We have been working tirelessly here at Lloyds Fish & Chip Shop over the past 12 weeks to make sure the people of Lampeter can once again enjoy our famous fish & chips.
We have taken a number of measures to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff and are really excited to be in a position to start serving fish & chips to the people of Lampeter once again.
The well being of our staff is one of our top priorities and we have invested in re-modeling our kitchen area so there is more space for our staff to social distance and we can operate a clear one way system though our back of house area.
Staff will be washing their hands frequently, we have provided optional face coverings for all of our staff members and staff who work front of house have been provided with their own till pen to minimize screen contact.
From a customer perspective, we have also created a one way system for our take away customers who can enter the building though the restaurant entrance and exit via the take away. There are 2m queuing markers throughout the Fish & Chip shop and we have a number of hand sanitizer stations in place.
We have a new card machine and will be accepting card payments for all transactions over £5.
Finally, and most exciting of all, we have set up a collection point for call and collect and click and collect customers via our Drovers Road entrance. This ensures we can maintain better social distancing for our customers and makes it even easier to order and collect your favourite fish & chips!!
We are confident we have taken all the measures that we can to ensure Lloyds is as safe as possible, we hope that you can see the hard work we have undertaken and we look forward to welcoming you back!
